Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and other so called online social networks became in the last years much more important even, or should I better say especially, for small business owner to be present in the internet. Many of you might saw already in newspapers, online magazine or other media that since company ABC is using these tools business is getting better. The customer service is easier to provide or new ideas better to get on the market.

But not everyone has the time or knowledge to use these tools in the right way. To have a Twitter account or a Facebook page doesn't mean that you will receive more customers over night. Often I get the question "What should I write?" or "How does it help me to use that tool?"

Well it seems not to be that easy for everyone to implement this tools in the regular business day by day tasks a small business has to face. So why not using a professional to do that or at least asking someone who knows that tools very well how to use them right, without wasting time?
